Light Up Lake Lillian
Beautiful Lake Lillian is a historical area shaded by beautiful oak trees and is enjoyed by citizens of all ages. Local businesses and civic groups with help from the City of Belleview start in November hanging lights all over the park. Soon after Thanksgiving citizens from all over South Marion County come to take part in the first lighting of Lake Lillian for the holiday season. There are vendors offering a wide variety of food and merchandise. There are Christmas arts and crafts for the children and of course Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
Easter Egg Hunt
Every year before the Easter holiday, an Easter Egg Hunt is sponsored by local businesses and hosted at Lake Lillian. It is a delight to the parents and children of the City of Belleview. To ensure fairness and fun, different hunts are held for different age groups during the event. Details about the Annual Easter Egg Hunt are available through City Hall a few weeks before the holiday.
