City Clerk/Administrator

 

The City Clerk/Administrator of the City of Belleview has the power to administer oaths, is the custodian of the City’s seal and authenticates all Ordinances and Resolutions passed by the City Commission.

The City Clerk/Administrator’s role is defined in the Charter and by a Commission approved job description.  By Charter, the Clerk is one of the executive officers of the City.  

The City Clerk/Administrator also serves as City Treasurer, Records Custodian, Grant and Loan Liaison, Personnel Director, Planning and Zoning Director, Elections Clerk, Clerk to the City Commission.
