Building Department

The City of Belleview subcontracts with M.T. Causley, Inc. for building permit services.  The Building Official is Tom Rodgers and building clerk is Nancy Marcantoni.

Building Department Hours

Monday- Friday

8:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m.

Building Officials Hours

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Inspections need to be called into 1-352-233-2105

Prior to 5:00 p.m. for next work day inspection

All contractors working in the City of Belleview are required to register.
