The Human Resources Department develops and administers a wide
range of policies, procedures and programs
including, but not limited to, payroll,
employee records, benefits, classification
and compensation, safety and worker’s
compensation, training, job descriptions,
liability insurance and compliance with
local, state and federal regulations
regarding our personnel.
The Human Resources Department works in cooperation with the
other City Departments to provide quality
service to the citizens in a
cost-effective and efficient manner while
