When away from their
residence for a period of time a citizen can
request a
courtesy check on their residence. They may complete a Vacant House
Security Check
form. Our Officers will check the specified
residence at least twice daily. This form
can be downloaded and printed from this
website.
The form requests the resident to
name a contact person. This is a person who you
have entrusted with their own set of keys to
your home, your alarm code, if you have an
alarm, and can come to your residence to
meet with Officers, in your absence, in the
event of an emergency. Please remember to
include day and evening phone numbers for
your contact.

once completed, can be brought into, mailed
or faxed to the Belleview Police
