Fitness Equipment at Lake Lillian Park

 The installation of brand new fitness equipment in various points of the walking trail at Lake Lillian Par is complete. The featured equipment stations are a horizontal ladder, vertical ladder, chin-up and dip station, pull-up station and parallel bars. See the image below of where the equipment is placed.

August 8th - 8 AM  Ribbon Cutting ceremony  
                      8:30 AM "Walk & Talk with the Mayor"                                                                                         Join the Mayor for a 1 mile walk. Afterwards the Mayor will spend a few minutes talking about happenings in Belleview. 

September 14th - 10 AM - 2 PM Health Fair                                                                                                     This event will feature free activities: cooking demonstrations & fitness in the park classes, a health bazaar including health related vendors, products and services, and a healthy food court. As well as….health screenings!

Walk & Talk with the Mayor                                                                                           

Join the Mayor for a 1 mile walk and a brief talk afterwards about Belleview happenings. The walk times will rotate weekly from 8 AM to 7 PM so that all citizens can have an opportunity to participate in the "Walk & Talk with the Mayor".

Class will be led by Jessica Kinnee, RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, followed by a fun nutrition class!
Please bring a towel or mat and some water! Never tried yoga before? No problem! Class is for every-body!

Zumba on Demand                                                                                                                                            Zumba takes the "work" out of WORKOUT, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance workouts that are fun, and effective, modified to your fitness level. 

Fit Camp                                                                                                                                                            Friendly fun and fitness! Great for all levels! Interactive exercises that will tone the body and build muscles!
