2. Report a Code Violation

   Code Compliance is a service provided by the City to ensure compliance with City Ordinances and Land Development Regulations. The City's Code Compliance Officer's focus is to assist all citizens and businesses for compliance with City regulations. Complaints received will be investigated by the Code Compliance Officer in a timely manner. 

   In accordance with SB60, effective 7/1/2021 the City of Belleview can no longer investigate code enforcement complaints received anonymously. Complainants are now required to provide their name and address. If you believe your complaint poses an immediate health and safety concern, please contact the Code Compliance Officer at 352-245-7021 ext. 2126
