The Withlacoochee Regional Water Supply Authority has a Local Government Water Supply Assistance Program which provides 50% funding on water conservation projects for utility customers. These funds will be used to provide education material and purchase home conservation tools that will be distributed to utility users at the 2026 Founder's Day Event.
