[ARCHIVED] Office Closures for 9/11 Remembrance Event

City administrative offices will be closed the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 8am until approximately 11am to attend the 9/11 Remembrance Walk hosted by the City of Belleview. Join us at the large pavilion at Lake Lillian from 8:30-10:30am.

The Honor Guard will be performed by the students at the Francis Marion Military Academy. The keynote speaker will be Michael Saxe, a 9/11 survivor. We will also hear from Sheriff Woods, Chief Holland, Chief Graham (Ocala), and Chief Banta (Marion County Fire Rescue). After the speakers finish, we will take a solemn walk around Lake Lillian. Water will be provided.
