Friday Foodie fest
Held the fourth Friday of every month, January - September, at Lake Lillian, this monthly event features lots of family fun! Centered around various food trucks, families can come and enjoy music, free activities for children and shop with local business and craft vendors while enjoying yummy food.
Quarterly Job Fairs
Bringing together local businesses and our communities’ skilled workforce, to help businesses grow and positively impact our local economy is the goal of our Job Fair events. Are you looking for Employees or Employment? Check out the Job Fair hosted by the City of Belleview at the Belleview Public Library. Employers, this quarterly event is FREE for employers to participate in, and tables are provided. Job seekers can network with multiple potential employers of all different genres seeking individuals to fill their open positions.
Annual Events
Annual Fishing Derby
Fishing is Fun, and whether your kids are beginners or pros, they will have a great time at our annual fishing derby. Lake Lillian is stocked yearly to prepare for this event by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission with catfish and bass. Open to children ages 15 and under and held annually at Lake Lillian in April or May, this free event offers a morning of fishing with bait provided and prizes in two categories for biggest fish and most fish caught. We wrap the derby up with a free community cookout hosted by our Belleview Police Department.
Founders Day
The City will begin hosting this event in April 2022. Along with a variety of craft, business and food vendors attendees can enjoy several children's activities such as games, crafts, and inflatables as well as activities and booths focusing on our city's history!

Freedom Walk
Community Yard Sale
Typically held in October, this is a free community event that provides fundraising for our local United Way. Citizens can donate yard sale items to be sold, or citizens can purchase a booth spot to sell their own items.
Trunk or Treat
Held in October on the Saturday before Halloween, this is a free family fun event that provides safe trick-or-treating including games, hayrides, and more! Trunk-or-Treat is a fun way to promote your business/organization while being involved with the community.

Light Up Lake Lillian
Held the first Saturday in December, citizens from all over South Marion County come to take part in Lake Lillian’s first lighting for the holiday season. Attendees can enjoy a visit from Santa as well as free arts and crafts and children's activities. Vendors offer a wide variety of food and merchandise.
