***Construction of Upgrades to the Belleview Water Reclamation Facility are being financed by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Loan Program. The CWSRF program is administered by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) with joint funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the State of Florida. The SRF Loan provides funding for construction of the Belleview Water Reclamation Facility Expansion project which includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to construct new headworks piping, valves, lift station, pump station, digester and tanks. This project is necessary to ensure that the City of Belleview to increase adequate capacity to meet water quality requirements and demands for wastewater treatment. CWSRF programs operate around the country to provide states and communities the resources necessary to maintain and improve the infrastructure that protects our valuable water resources nationwide.
